The Safety Team and Elders meet last night to discuss plans for this Sunday. It is our feeling that we should continue with our Sunday service with some modifications. This decision was not taken lightly and much thought and prayer went into it. This is our plan as of Saturday morning, this plan might change as more information is learned throughout the day so please check email for any update that might be sent out.
 
First and foremost, we cannot stress the following requests enough.
  1. If you are sick, have a fever or being treated for a respiratory illness that you stay home and follow your Health Care Providers' instructions.
  2. If you are at high risk of getting sick due to age (over 60) or other serious chronic medical conditions, you should follow the CDC recommendations and stay home during this health event.
  3. If you are uncomfortable attending service right now we understand do not feel obligated to attend
  4. Wash your hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds. Sing Jesus Loves Me that should take 20 seconds, it’s a great reminder and your hands will be clean
  5. Limit your greetings to “air fives” and/or touching elbows 
What can I expect this Sunday?
  1. Our Greeters will be available to hold the doors for you
  2. Volunteers will be available to check in your kids’ for class
  3. Coffee and Donuts will still be available but will be served from the kitchen by volunteers. We are in need of people to help with this and if you can serve please see Kelly Graham when you arrive.
  4. Our Sunday communion will be served in individual convenience packs for the next few weeks. We will be handing packs as you enter the auditorium. Communion will be moved to the end of service after we are dismissed you will find trash cans located at the communion tables. There will also be baskets for you to leave your contribution. Please do not mix these two things.
  5. The Auditorium Class has been canceled for this week. 
Finally, I ask that we be patient with one another. I am sure that our procedures will change again as more information is gathered.
